Plan a batch of TikTok videos

Prepare up to 50 videos for one account, review shared and individual settings, and check the final schedule before submitting in TOKDEPLOY.

Preparing twelve videos on Monday does not mean publishing all twelve immediately. A batch workspace lets you organize the files, check their settings and arrange when each should go out.

TOKDEPLOY accepts up to 50 local videos in one batch for one TikTok account. The twelve-video example is a planning scenario, not a recommended posting frequency.

Confirm the account first

Open the intended personal or team workspace. Check the TikTok connection and account nickname before adding content. Use separate batches for separate accounts, and check available plan capacity and any authorization warning.

Add files and check readiness

Select several files or drag them into the workspace. Supported file types are MP4, MOV and WebM, with a 500 MiB limit per file. The actual encoding, duration and content must also meet platform requirements; an accepted extension alone is not enough.

Watch each row's upload and validation state. You can add more files while uploading, within the batch limit.

  • Selection determines which videos will be submitted. Opening a row for editing does not select it.
  • Every selected video must finish uploading and validation before submission.
  • Unselected items stay in the list.
  • Closing the browser stops unfinished uploads; you may need to select the original file again to resume.
  • Public HTTPS video links use the separate single-link flow.

Set the shared defaults

Review the caption, publishing mode, privacy and interaction options, together with any applicable commercial-content, branded-content or AIGC declarations. The declarations must reflect the actual content.

Edit an individual row when it needs different settings. Existing overrides remain when shared settings change. Use the reset-to-shared control when you want that video to inherit the defaults again.

Check the public wording for every video. Internal filenames, revision notes and client comments should not become captions by accident.

Check the mode and schedule

Direct posting and uploading to the TikTok inbox are different actions. Inbox delivery requires the creator to continue in TikTok. Scheduling is available for direct posting.

For a scheduled batch, confirm the region, timezone, starting time and interval. Shared times follow the order of selected videos. After reordering or deselecting items, review the final times again, including any individual overrides.

For example, three selected videos starting at 10:00 with a 30-minute interval would be arranged for 10:00, 10:30 and 11:00 local time. These are illustrative times, not performance recommendations. Check the displayed timezone and Beijing-time preview, particularly across midnight or daylight-saving changes.

Review before submitting

Check the confirmation summary: destination account, number of videos, captions and individual times. Resolve any upload or validation issue on the indicated row.

Acceptance means the batch has entered the queue. Each video then has an independent outcome. Follow those outcomes in publishing records rather than recreating the same batch when a response is slow.

Before confirming, ask: correct account, correct selection, all files ready, correct declarations, correct times, and someone assigned to follow the results?

Continue with publishing status and recovery.
