Rewards use the first qualifying net cash payment, not the total value of the first subscription year. The invitee’s 5% is a reward, not an automatic checkout discount.
Rewards remain pending for 30 days and require risk checks before release. Inviter rewards are capped at USD 100 per workspace per UTC release month. Released rewards expire after 12 months. Refunds cancel or reverse related rewards.
Check where rewards can be used
Reward credit is optional and applies only to eligible monthly wallet renewals and monthly add-ons, up to 20% of the payment. First-month purchases, annual plans, conversions, upgrades and recurring card renewals are excluded.
