Review publishing data
Use consistent observation windows and assess delivery quality separately from content results.
Align scope and time
Set the account scope, time zone, observation window and publishing times first. Videos with different time live cannot be fairly judged using current cumulative views alone.
Check data availability
Check observation times and error messages. Provider metrics may be delayed or missing. Keep missing values unknown instead of replacing them with zero. Respect refresh cooldowns; repeated clicks do not make data instantaneous.
Separate totals and changes
Cumulative views and interactions represent totals at an observation time. Period changes need two comparable, valid observations. Record definitions and times, and avoid adding cumulative totals repeatedly.
Turn findings into actions
For delivery, record authorization, scheduling and failure causes. For content, review topics, openings and presentation. Change a few conditions at a time and validate with observed results. A successful TOKDEPLOY task does not promise views, conversions or revenue.
Understand status and retries
Confirm the existing submission before deciding whether to retry.
