Batch publishing checklist
Check five areas before submission, then confirm each video’s outcome.
Check account access
Check the workspace, target account and connection status. Each batch targets one account; review files and settings again if you change it. Do not share a central sign-in password for team handoffs.
Review files and settings
Each MP4, MOV or WebM file can be up to 500 MiB, with up to 50 videos per batch. Review titles, captions, privacy, comments, duet, stitch, commercial-content and AIGC declarations. Finish upload and validation for selected items and check their overrides.
Confirm mode and timing
Review immediate and scheduled publishing separately. Scheduling uses direct publishing: check the regional time zone, start time, interval and individual times, including the Beijing-time preview. Inbox mode cannot be scheduled.
Review quota and summary
Use the workspace’s displayed quota and validation results. Before confirming, check the target account, selected count, titles and final times. Upload completion is not publication.
Follow each task
After acceptance, follow each video in publishing records. Check the original submission for pending-confirmation items and investigate explicit failures. Accepted tasks continue after the page closes, but unfinished local uploads do not continue after the browser closes.
