The batch publishing workflow
Prepare files together, check each video and follow each result separately.
One batch, one account
A batch contains up to 50 local videos for one TikTok account. Each file can be up to 500 MiB in MP4, MOV or WebM format. Public HTTPS video links use the single-video flow.
Shared settings, individual edits
Selection determines what is submitted. Videos inherit shared settings, with individual overrides for titles, captions, privacy, interaction declarations and timing. Shared changes do not silently replace overrides, and filenames are not inserted as public captions.
Check the scheduling time zone
Direct publishing supports a start time and interval, with individual adjustments. Check final times in selection order and the Beijing-time preview. TikTok inbox mode does not support scheduling.
Accepted is not published
Upload and validate every selected file, then review the confirmation summary. Each accepted video gets its own task. If a result is pending confirmation, check the original submission before sending again. Accepted tasks continue after the page closes.
