Team roles and handoffs

Assign responsibilities within a workspace so accounts, files and tasks stay connected.

Choose the right workspace

Personal and team resources are separate. Enter the correct team before choosing an account, uploading files or reviewing records. Copying internal links does not grant access to another team’s data.

Assign account ownership

Have an authorized owner manage account connections, disconnections and member permissions. Each member uses their own sign-in. Before changing a connection, review scheduled and pending-confirmation tasks.

Separate preparation and execution

A preparer checks files and copy, a publisher checks shared settings and exceptions, and a reviewer checks the account, privacy and time. These are suggested responsibilities, not a claim of a mandatory in-product approval workflow.

Hand off the current state

A handoff should include the workspace, account, task reference, current state and next action. Check pending original submissions before another member creates a duplicate.
