Define the work first
List platform scope, account counts, roles, file sizes, scheduling needs and exception handling. Use the same files and test accounts, and verify each tool’s actual authorization scope and plan limits.
Test an end-to-end workflow
Start with connecting an account, then test upload, settings, scheduling, result checks and failure handling. Record obstacles and completion steps; a demonstration screenshot is not an operational acceptance test.
Check operating requirements
For self-hosting, check servers, storage, upgrades, backups and security ownership. For hosted services, check data scope, team permissions and support. Use current official material and actual tests for any competing product’s details.
Batch publishing checklist
Check account access, files, schedules and the status after submission.
