Publishing results and metrics
Confirm delivery first, then assess content using available data.
Start with delivery status
Queued, processing, pending confirmation, failed and published describe different delivery stages. Use the published link after delivery is confirmed. Videos in one batch may be in different states.
Metrics have an observation time
Views, likes, comments and shares depend on data returned by the provider. Check the sync time and status, and respect the refresh cooldown shown in the interface. A missing value is not zero and does not mean delivery failed.
Compare like with like
Use the same account scope, time zone and observation window. Do not directly compare cumulative totals with period changes. Base conclusions on verifiable observations; successful delivery does not guarantee reach.
Review publishing data
Separate delivery status, metric freshness and content performance.
